I have made 7 total vehicle purchases from Stiver's Ford in Waukee IA over the past 13years. I always appreciate the No pressure sales from the sales team all the way through finance and out the door. Every vehicle has been cleaned inside and out and gas tank topped off prior to leaving the dealership. Even with the parts shortages, the parts dept has been able to supply me with my aftermarket needs either same day or they will get it in within a couple days. My first 2 sales people are no longer there but Jordan in New Cars still is. He has helped me with most of my purchases and it's always a quick and easy process. He also doesn't skimp on the benefits Ford has to offer including the Ford Pass App and how to take advantage of their points program. I do have a Ford Dealership in town and a couple others 15miles away & 28 miles away, but I choose to make the 1hr drive to Stiver's Ford.

Jordan was very helpful, and easy to work with. Other than that, when I first arrived i was greeted by someone. They said they would let Jordan know I was there. He did not, and left me sitting in the customer lounge.

Jordan is an excellent salesman. We were so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him from the beginning of our search at Stivers Lincoln until the purchase of our new vehicle.
