Katie in the service department is AMAZING!!!!! I got into town and my vehicle had some major issues occur and she immediately helped me, went above and beyond and was so helpful!!!! This is how customer service should be! She is truly a rockstar!!!!

Jesse G. and Katie Cross helped me this week diagnose my 2020 F150 as the dash check engine light came on. They were able to work me in and they found that a mouse / squirrel had chewed the wiring on my truck. They got me in supper fast as I had a trip scheduled from Urbandale, Iowa to Estes Park, Colorado and needed my truck to haul some stuff out to our cabin. Thank you both so much for getting me back on the road. Both Jesse and Katie were fantastic folks to work with, very professional and great communicators and I will definitely be back ! Thank you soooooo much !!
