The automotive industry provides a fun, fast-paced environment where you can drive your career forward. As a Quicklane Service Advisor, you will be the first friendly and welcoming face customers see when they arrive. You will be part of our collaborative team in assisting customers with their needs and assuring the highest satisfaction. Whether they are there for a routine check-up or have a concern about their vehicle: you are there to listen, ask questions, and make sure they feel informed throughout the whole process of getting their vehicle serviced.
What You’ll Do
- Foster relationships with customers who need maintenance or major repairs, warranty recall, or diagnostic service to vehicles and ensure their needs are met
- Communicate any changes in the cost estimate or promise time with customers
- Provide scheduled check-ins with customers to ensure transparency with service
- Ensure all documentation and repair orders are processed accurately
- Complete proper documentation to best communicate with other service teammates
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
