Back to a 5 Star review. Brought our truck in for service, there was a small communication problem but it got resolved. We brought in our ‘23 F-150 in for service and got a new ‘25 out of it. We were given a deal we couldn’t refuse. At first things were looking doom and gloom but then Bill and the finance team threw us a great deal. Also spoke with the Service Manger and he offered to do what it takes to make it right. Again great service and an overall great experience.

I went in for a test drive after researching Hybrid SUVs. Bill was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be returning to purchase my dream vehicle! I returned to purchase a Hybrid Lincoln Nautilus and everyone was very helpful and friendly. This is my first hybrid and my first Lincoln. I am very excited to have this beautiful new vehicle!!!

Stivers out did themselves again. My experience on Friday August 15, 2025 was nothing less than stellar! I started a new job on the following Monday and I had no car. My previous employment, I had a company car and never needed one until I lost my job. My wife and I walked into Stivers explained to them the circumstances. Our credit scores were tanked from financing a trip for a family medical emergency. Bill spoke with us, saw that we had previously purchased two new Fords from their dealership. He told us we were regarded as loyal customers and proceeded to give us a deal of a lifetime. We left the dealership in a 2025 Mustang Mach-E with only $600 down. He gave us an option to lease with $7,000 in rebates used as a down payment. The term is 48months for 48,000 miles, $600 per month. For someone using this car to drive to work with a round trip use of 20miles per day, I was sold! Now I know folks will say but you’re leasing it. Or it’s an electric vehicle, recalls etc…. Yes I have bought two previous vehicles from Stivers and they all had a part defect or a recall. But Stivers fixed it! They drove to Adel and fixed my truck, they drove my son and I too and from the dealership. We were given loaner cars and trucks for our troubles. They have taken care of us since we moved to Iowa. What took me back the most was when we discussed loyalty. I believe Loyalty is something we need more of! Loyalty to our country, to our state and our communities. Make no mistake, I’m not necessarily brand loyal. I love all kinds of cars! During our closing conversations with the Finance Manager, I told him my next vehicle was going to be a Subaru WRX. He leaned over and said, “ Tony, we have like 10,000 in back just waiting for you!” I laughed, he laughed the Mustang laughed it was a great time.
