Jake from sales was awesome in the car buying experience. He was very communicative, went above and beyond when my seat needed to be fixed, and was all around a joy to work with. The finance department was also easy to work with and made it possible for me to get into my new vehicle. Very happy with the entire experience!

I recently bought a 2010 Cadillac CTS-4 from them. I saw the ad online and drove to their used car parking lot to see the car. Although the car was in pristine condition, there was some maintenance to be done, and they made sure EVERYTHING was in 100% working condition before letting me grab the car. This made me feel really confident on the purchase I was about to make. The buying process was a breeze, and nobody tried to push me any extras I didn't want/need. Transparency from beginning to end. Special kudos to Jake Davis, the Sales Rep who helped through the process. I would certainly refer Stivers Ford Lincoln to family and friends, and I hope to do more business with them in the future.
