Huge Thank You to Matt - I had never dealt with Stivers Ford, but my Ford Fusion had a steering issue , so I had to leave in Waukee last weekend. Early Monday morning I called and was told to get my vehicle over and they would get it taken care of. Estimate was fast , I had them do the work to get me back on the road. The also pro-actively let me know of 6 recall repairs that would take care of for me at no cost to me at all. Service was beyond expectations with every interaction including the team at the Fast Lane when I picked the vehicle up. Thank you ! I will be back !

I ordered a new Ford Transit passenger van from Stivers. Matt Lahr was awesome to work with in choosing the options, placing the order, editing the order because I can’t make up my mind, to delivery. The day I picked up the van was super smooth. Chad in finance was great. Matt took as much time as we needed to go over all the features of the Transit.
