I despise the time when we decide to look for a new car because I absolutely hate going to dealerships. I've never walked away from a dealership without feeling like I was on the bad side of a deal, until Stivers. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking but even more importantly when it may even not be in your best interest. I've never been to a dealership that had such integrity and character. Andrew Schultz was my salesman, Brian (unsure of his last name) and Spencer Bouma were the sales managers, and I dealt with Michael Runyan from service. Having one of those people with those qualities would be amazing but for all 4 of them to have that level of integrity and character says something about the ownership and the way the business is run. The short story is we didn't have the smoothest transaction, things went wrong multiple times. They did the right thing EVERY time! I hope they have what I'm looking for when I need another vehicle. They will be my first call!

Spencer (Sales) & Kevin (Financial) made my recent vehicle purchase completely painless. They are both excellent at what they do. They talk you thru step by step with absolutely no pressure. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I had to wait for my paperwork to be processed and multiple employees asked if I'd like a coffee or needed anything. Stivers has a great staff. If you are in the market for a vehicle I'd highly recommend looking at Stivers for your purchase. I know I will continue to watch their site for my next purchase and will be buying another vehicle from Spencer.

Buying a car in this market isn’t easy, but Stivers made it easy. I bought a used 2021 Jeep on 3/20 and Spencer one of the used managers helped to make the deal happen. I really appreciated the time he took to speak to me directly when we met an impasse on the deal. In the end we met with compromise and I bought tue Jeep. Then when I went in to sigh all of the docs there was no wait. I bet door to door at this dealership when we agreed on price was less than 15 min. They earned a future customer here for sure.

Times being how they are, my trade in was priced fair, the purchase price was one of the best "deals" around, and my salesman Spencer was very attentive and patient with my shopping around over various vehicles they had. 2nd time purchasing from Stivers.
