Great experience buying my explorer! I bought many cars and have walked out on a few dealerships over the yrs. While I go in ready to walk, Ben was great there was no back and forth on pricing for my trade or new vehicle. The fact I never had the desire to walk away is very telling! Other big dealers were playing a bait and switch game w us. Wonderfully non stress free experience w stivers and Ben! Thank you so much! I will enjoy my new wheels!

I had a really positive experience with this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the team was respectful, transparent, and refreshingly low pressure. Questions were answered clearly, options were explained without pushing, and I never felt rushed or talked into something that didn’t make sense for me. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle yet due to timing on my end, I genuinely enjoyed the experience and left feeling confident about coming back when I’m ready. Car shopping can be stressful, but this felt easy and human — which says a lot. It’s clear they care about building long-term relationships, not just closing a sale. When the time is right, this will absolutely be the first place I return. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-BS car buying experience.

I've purchased a lot of cars in my day and I have never had such a positive experience. Zach at Stivers Ford was amazing to work with. He took the time to send me cars that might work.for my mother in law and made sure we were happy. The used car manager was so sweet and even came to greet my kids. We purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano and are extremely happy with the purchase and process. The finance guy who helped us with the paperwork also went above and beyond to explain things to us, had a positive attitude and helped us get out of there quickly. We will definitely be back for future purchases!!

Sandro was an excellent salesman to work with. Very prompt in returning emails or phone calls. Was very helpful with my purchase and not one bit pushy. He was there to answer any questions and made me feel like I was VIP. Kit also was very helpful and kind. Took the time to explain in detail about my financing and making sure I fully understood everything about the financial aspect of purchasing my vehicle. He even took the time the next day to come out to my new car and explain some features. Both gentlemen were a joy and pleasure to work with. I will definitely remember them when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

Stivers Service Center is friendly and keeps their customers informed. The skilled technicians will go the extra mile to make sure they cover all your concerns. They were especially considerate offering to take us someplace rather than wait at the dealership, they also recommended a nearby restaurant for lunch while they diagnosed the problem.

Worked with Tiffanie for about a year. She continued to stay in contact with us...always her reaching out to give us updates. Once we could order a 2024 Ford Explorer she walked us step by step through the process and kept us updated until we were able to come in and accept our new vehicle. I dont think there was an option that she did not go over with us to explain. They were able to work me in and they found that a mouse / squirrel had chewed the wiring on my truck. They got me in supper fast as I had a trip scheduled from Urbandale, Iowa to Estes Park, Colorado and needed my truck to haul some stuff out to our cabin. Stivers Ford in Waukee, is the only Dealer we use to purchase our vehicles, they give the most excellent personalized, Service from the person answering the phone, to the Sales Manager: Arlan,(Salesman too as needed), and Salesmen: Brian, Adam and the man in the Warranty department: Chad Lee and all the service department employees. It is a smooth and flawless service with all departments working together to give the most exceptional service and ongoing assistance as needed. Had a terrible experience at a previous mechanic shop out of town. I had it towed to Stivers and I am so thankful I did. It was worth thousands of dollars in damages, but David was there every step of the way. He is kind, very through, even better he works evenings and was extremely easy to get ahold of. I will always bring my car to Stivers. Thank you David for making this not so great experience, better than expected.

My wife and I bought a 2017 Explorer from Stivers and the process and guidance from our sales person, Tiffany Hokel, was outstanding! She answered our questions and followed up with us several times to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle and whether or not we had any further questions or issues. Just to be clear, I wasn't able to give a 4 1/2 star so I rounded up, I don't usually give 5 stars to anyone because there is always room for improvement everywhere; with that being said I had a Fantastic Experience with these guys!! I called ahead because I had a 2 hour journey to get there and did some wheeling and dealing over the phone first, but when I got there they were ready for me and my trade in. They were true to their word on what they agreed to over the phone. I've had other places tell me one thing to get me to the dealership and then when there they change it up, not these guys. The whole time I was there I felt like I mattered and I didn't even buy a Ford, I got a Dodge! Again I will recommend Stivers to anyone looking for a good vehicle, actually I already have, as soon as I got to work the next day my co-workers were talking and 2 of them are in the market for a new car, they are both headed to Stivers.
